St. Petersburg Map for Shokoladnitsa (2022).
This large-format illustrated map showcases central St. Petersburg, spanning from the Peter and Paul Fortress to Moskovsky Station, with detailed highlights of:
· Iconic landmarks (including the Spit of Vasilyevsky Island)
· All "Shokoladnitsa" coffee shop locations (featuring logos and exact addresses)
· Key streets and major attractions (with clear labeling)
The final 2.7×4.6 meter installation transformed a wall at Pulkovo Airport into both a practical guide and a celebration of the city's charm.
The process: The project began with this initial sketch – my first step in balancing landmark placement, coffee shop locations, and the overall flow of the city's distinctive character.
